Return & Refund Policy

At Rapturous House, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring each client receives value from their experience.

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are final and we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we understand that circumstances can change. In place of refunds, we offer E-gift cards equal to the value of your purchase, which may be used toward future services.

Eligibility for E-Gift Cards:

• Requests must be made within 1 business day of the original purchase.
• Services must not have been fully rendered or completed.
• E-gift cards are non-transferable and expire within 365 days of initial purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Appointments canceled with at least 24-hour's notice may qualify for an E-gift card.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible.

Exceptions:
We may review requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

• Documented emergencies
• Service issues or errors on our part
