To begin your reading, I need both your payment and your information/questions.

After purchasing, please complete the New Client Form located in the website header OR email the following information to rapturoushouse@gmail.com:

• Your full name
• Date of birth
• Your question(s)
• Any relevant background, details, or information you feel is important for me to know

Specific questions are required. Please take a moment to clearly and specifically explain what you would like insight into. Providing relevant information and context helps me focus the reading on what matters most to you.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

If payment, your information, and your question(s) are received by 12:00 p.m. on an eligible business day, your reading will be delivered by midnight that same day.

If your payment and required information are received after 12:00 p.m., your reading will be delivered within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and required information/questions.

Your reading will be delivered as a prerecorded YouTube video to the email address you provide.

FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS

After receiving your reading, you are welcome to email me if you would like to follow up regarding the emotions, themes, or messages that came through during your reading.

Please note that follow-up correspondence does not include an additional reading or new questions unless otherwise arranged.

SALES & REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final. Because readings are personalized services, refunds and cancellations are not offered once a reading has been purchased.

EXPRESS READING SCHEDULE

Express readings are available on eligible business days only and are not completed on Sundays or holidays.

Any Express Reading purchased on a Sunday or holiday will be completed on the next business day. The applicable 24-hour delivery timeframe will begin once the next business day begins and all required information and questions have been received.
